Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applies to all purchases made from Lancashire Dog Treats.

Exchanges Only – Non-Faulty Items

We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items.
Where eligible, we offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

This applies to change-of-mind purchases and items ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Items Excluded from Returns or Exchanges

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty or not as described:

  • Raw dog food – due to food safety and temperature control requirements once the product has left our premises

  • Perishable items, including natural dog treats and treat boxes

  • Sale items, promotional discounts, and show offers

  • Gift cards

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

  • Be returned with all original packaging and labels

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange where these conditions are not met.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Postage

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a fault is reported within 30 days, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where required by law, including where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
